‘Is your life what you envisioned it to be a year ago?
Short Answer: No
Long Answer: Honestly, I am glad I am not who I imagined myself to be a year ago. To be frank last year at this time I didn’t know what I was doing apart from studying for the boards and wearily waiting for the whole ordeal to be done with. I was quite confused about things in my immediate future, let alone the kind of person I would be. Of course, I had this dream version of myself who I kept thinking of, but did nothing to become.
Looking at myself now, I don’t see any other way things could have happened. Things seem to have just happened and time flew. I wouldn’t even dream of saying that I have things sorted out now, but thinking about this makes me wonder at the unexpected synchronicity of it falling into place!
